1. Service Description

Verse Vinyl is an online service that allows you to create custom song lyric posters. You can search for a song, customise the design, and purchase either a digital download or a professionally printed poster. By using our website at versevinyl.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Verse Vinyl, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices on Verse Vinyl are displayed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Current pricing:

• Digital download — £5.00
• A4 printed poster — £25.00
• A3 printed poster — £35.00
• A2 printed poster — £45.00

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital poster downloads are provided as high-resolution PNG files. Upon purchase, you receive a personal use licence to download, print, and display the poster for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital file. Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

5. Print Orders

Printed posters are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Prodigi. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–10 working days within the UK and 7–15 working days internationally. Verse Vinyl is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processing. You will receive email notifications when your order is dispatched.

6. Refund Policy

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once a digital poster has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Print orders: If your printed poster arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We cannot accept returns for posters that have been customised correctly and delivered in good condition.

7. Intellectual Property

Song lyrics displayed on Verse Vinyl posters remain the copyright of the original songwriters and rights holders. Verse Vinyl does not claim ownership of any song lyrics. Posters are created for personal use only and must not be reproduced for commercial sale.

You retain rights to any personal customisations you make — including uploaded photos, custom text, and design choices. The Verse Vinyl brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verse Vinyl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verse Vinyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of Verse Vinyl after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
